What is an XML feed ?

For a rather dry but correct definition you could have a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XML, but basically an XML feed is a method for your site to supply our site with property information. The feed will allow you to automatically list new properties and make changes to existing details. You will only need to maintain the data on your own site for our site to be updated automatically.

Are there any limits on how many properties can be listed ?

Unlike many other sites we do not impose any limits on the number of properties that you can list with us. Some agents prefer a manual approach but we recommend using a feed so that all of your properties are listed with us automatically, so those listings are as up to date as the listings on your own site.

Can I use a feed that I already have ?

Yes you can. Please contact our staff at IT@AsiaPropertyWorld.com so that we can start work setting up our side of the feed.

How much work is it to set up ?

This depends on how much information you hold for each of your properties. We are confident that our site can use all of the information that you supply. If you use some property detail features that we do not currently have, then we can always add new items to our system to accommodate your requirements. We always recommend that you use as much detail for each property as possible.

How much does the service cost ?

We are currently offering this service FREE of charge.

How much day to day administration is there ?

The short answer is no more than you do now. All you have to do is to add or amend the properties on your own web site and these changes and additions are then automatically passed straight to us without any extra work from you or your staff.
